Pamela Roussos
President and CEO
Responsible for setting 555-1212.com's strategic direction, Pamela leverages
her career-long experience in leading teams of engineers and marketing
professionals and growing successful businesses. Immediately prior to
joining 555-1212.com, she served as vice president and general manager
of the Rose Technical Business Unit at Rational Software (symbol: RATL),
a Cupertino, California-based company with more than $500-million in revenue
in its latest fiscal year and a current market capitalization of $7.3
billion. She and her team were responsible for introducing a new product
into the market, Rational Rose RealTime, recently touted by International
Data Corp. as "the de facto standard for real-time embedded system development."
Earlier, she served in a variety of capacities at Pure Atria (now Rational
Software), including product manager, director of product marketing, and
vice president and general manager of the company's Developer Tools Business
Unit. In these roles, she helped build and run the successful Purify/Quantify/PureCoverage
development tools business on Unix. She also introduced the product line,
which was instrumental to Pure Software's IPO, to Windows NT. Prior to
joining Pure Software (now Rational Software), Pamela spent eleven years
at Amdahl Corporation, where she held a variety of engineering, engineering
management and technical marketing positions.
Pamela earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from
the University of New Hampshire. Her passions include outdoors activities
and helping women succeed.
Richard Bogan
Vice President, Engineering
Charged with 555-1212.com's technical direction, Richard brings to the
company more than 30 years of software development experience, including
designing and building monolithic and n-tier client/server architectures
employing relational data bases and transaction monitors. His skills include
Object Oriented Design and system development on Unix, Windows and MVS
platforms.
From 1998-2000, Richard served as the principal in his own consulting
firm, assisting major enterprises as well as medium-sized organizations
to develop leading-edge architectures with state-of-the-art web technologies.
Prior to starting his own company, he was a systems architect with Perot
Systems in San Francisco, capping an eight-year career with the company
that took him to Dallas, Texas and Paris, France, as a project manager
and systems manager. Richard has also worked as a consulting engineer
for Bank of America.
Richard has a background in political activism and community service.
He has recently become a long-distance runner and adds that to a lifelong
love of the outdoors.
Lisa Gaynes
Vice President, Business Development
Lisa Gaynes is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships.
She brings 12 years of expertise to the 555-1212.com team from both the
funding and receiving side of venture capital and start-ups. In the early
90s, she was director of business development for Counterpart Ventures,
a venture capital fund based in Sacramento, California. In the late 90s,
Lisa was director of marketing for Course Manager International, a start-up
specializing in digital technology. As lead developer of one of Northern
California's first start-up conferences, Access, she assisted in creating
strategic relationships between pre-IPO companies and venture capitalists.
Level One Communications, a pre-IPO conference participant, was later
acquired by Intel in 1999 for $2.2 billion.
Over the course of 15 years as principal of Gaynes & Associates, Lisa
has earned broad recognition as a successful creator of integrated marketing
programs and sales campaigns. Past clients of Gaynes & Associates represent
some of the world's largest media organizations, from Dow Jones and the
Wall Street Journal to Cox Communications and Warner Brothers.
Lisa's educational background includes graduate work in reproductive biology
at the University of California at Davis. She spends her free time raising
Thoroughbred horses, growing organic oranges, and exploring the outdoors
with her son, Nate.
Martin Ogawa
Vice President, Marketing
Martin brings extensive experience in the marketing of computer software
products, both with start-ups and more-established companies, to his position
with 555-1212.com. In addition to developing 555-1212.com's marketing
strategy, he leads a team implementing marketing plans to advance the
company's strategic goals. Martin formerly worked in business development
and product marketing for O'Reilly & Associates, a well-respected publisher
specializing in computer and Net-related books. Other previous assignments
were product manager for legal publisher CCH Computax, Inc., and marketing
director for Windows software publisher Binar Graphics, Inc. (subsequently
sold to Diamond Multimedia). He has also worked for IBM Corporation and
Memorex, Inc.
Martin earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration
from San Jose State University, with course work at the University of
California at Berkeley. He is an MBA candidate at Golden Gate University
with an emphasis in marketing, and is a member of the Association of Internet
Professionals and the American Marketing Association.

Rob Dickerson
Board Member, Inprise Corporation
Rob has served as a director of Inprise since June 2000. Currently an
independent investor, Rob served as Senior Vice President and General
Manager for Products for Rational Software, an Internet software company,
from 1997 to 2000. From 1995 to 1997, he was Vice President of Marketing
and a General Manager for several business units at Pure/Atria Software,
a primarily UNIX software company. From 1988 to 1995, Rob was Vice President
of Product Marketing and later Senior Vice President for Database and
Connectivity Products for Inprise Corporation, which was then known as
Borland International, Inc.
Jonathan Glaser
Co-Owner, Pacific Asset Management, LLC
Founder, Triton JMG Capital Management, LLC
Jonathan has engaged in securities investments and trading since 1987,
when he formed Glaser & Company, a California limited partnership. Glaser
& Company acted as a broker-dealer and market maker on the Pacific Exchange
and American Stock Exchange. The company ceased active operations in early
1992 when Mr. Glaser formed JMG Capital partners, LP, the investment partnership
he currently operates.
David Hytha
Vice President of Marketing, Silicon Wave
David has 18 years of experience in communications ranging from wireless
systems design to sales, and from marketing to engineering management.
David's background includes assignments as leader of both the Lucent Microelectronics
Operations in Japan and the first permanent Bell Laboratories operations
overseas. He was also the General Manager of Motorola's Japan Handset
Division, CEO of a Bay Area cellular equipment company, Chairman of the
Semiconductor Industry Association, and co-founder and co-chairman of
the US-Japan HDTV committee. Silicon Wave is a leading company for Bluetooth
wireless technology, the mobile Internet access medium.

Andrew (Drew) Sobel
CFO, Arden Realty, Inc.
Drew serves as CFO of Arden Realty, Inc., the largest landlord of office
buildings in Southern California, with a market capitalization of more
than $1.4 billion. Drew was part of the vision and management team that
started Arden in the early '90s and led the company to its IPO in 1996.
An attorney with 11 years of experience in the practice of real estate
law, Drew has served as General Counsel at Pacific Park Associates, LLC
and as an associate with the law firm of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks.
Chuck Ziegler
General Partner, Lomita Capital Management, LLC
Chuck has been in the investment business for 18 years. From 1981 until
1993 he was a member of both the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago
Board of Options Exchange. In addition, he has maintained his broker-dealer
on the Pacific Exchange, where he has been a member since 1987. Chuck
is founder and co-manager of the Lomita Capital Fund in San Francisco
as well as a general partner of the Lomita Capital Management Company.
Chuck is a founder and major shareholder of 555-1212.com, Inc., and a
principal investor in InfoCiti/LocalEyes, Inc., a developer of sophisticated
Internet technologies for targeted search applications.
